Reserved rooms that the customer agrees to occupy will be at your disposal from 14:00 on the day of arrival at 10:00 on the day of departure, respectively indicated in the booking, unless otherwise agreed.
The customer who has booked rooms will be awaited until 18:00 on day of arrival, after the above terms, if the guest doesn't arrive or in the absence of communication by the customer, hotelier will be entitled to dispose of the rooms.
